CSU Fullerton puts technology in service of student success with Adobe Document Cloud and Adobe Creative Cloud

California State University, Fullerton (CSU Fullerton), a public university serving about 39,800 students, faced the twin challenges of modernizing campus services and keeping operations running through the COVID-19 pandemic. The university aimed to make student services convenient and accessible, eliminate paper-based bottlenecks, speed administrative workflows, and build students’ digital literacy across disciplines.

CSU Fullerton deployed Adobe Sign, Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Experience Manager Forms and Adobe Creative Cloud to create digital workflows, e-signatures, and secure remote ID verification for TitanCards. The initiative routed ~4,000 administrative forms in a peak month, processed 8,000 TitanCards remotely, cut paper use by 50%, shortened processes from weeks to hours, and expanded Creative Cloud use to roughly 12,000 students and 1,900 faculty—boosting student access and workforce-ready digital skills.
