As it centralized administrative work in a Berlin Global Transaction Center, KWS needed to digitize and streamline document-heavy processes—improving collaboration across sites, accelerating signing workflows, and integrating paperwork with systems like SAP.

KWS adopted Adobe Document Cloud—using Acrobat Pro DC for OCR and SAP capture and Adobe Sign for electronic signatures—under a three-year ETLA for scalable licensing. The result: faster, more transparent signing, searchable and more efficient document storage, easier global collaboration, and predictable budgeting thanks to the ETLA.
