COURTS Asia, a leading Southeast Asian electrical, IT and furniture retailer founded in 1974 with 80 stores, needed to modernize its e-commerce to handle peak traffic, improve checkout and marketing, and deliver a seamless omnichannel customer experience that matched a simultaneous in-store refresh.

Working with SmartOSC to implement Adobe Commerce Cloud, COURTS migrated its ERP, integrated email and in-store data, added click-and-collect, Emarsys-driven marketing, responsive mobile themes, Varnish caching and a CDN. The relaunch drove a 41% increase in online revenue, ~100% year‑on‑year growth for Black Friday/Cyber Monday, 92% more page views, 52% more mobile transactions, 51% growth in organic traffic, and improvements in mobile traffic, conversion and average order value.
