A Adobe Case Study
Condé Nast Interculture Group Taiwan, publisher of GQ and VOGUE, faced the challenge of transforming its print titles into engaging digital editions while reducing time, cost, and reliance on outsourced labor. The team needed to release print and digital issues simultaneously, add rich audiovisual and interactive features, and gain deeper reader analytics to support marketing and subscription growth.
They implemented Adobe Digital Publishing Suite together with Adobe InDesign and Creative Cloud, bringing production in‑house and streamlining workflows so digital editions can be completed within one week of the print deadline. The publisher launched newsstand apps and used Direct Entitlement and analytics to grow bundled print/digital subscriptions, deliver richer interactive magazines (averaging 20+ videos per issue), and publish 31 free and paid digital editions between March and July 2012.
