Compensar deployed Adobe Sign across its operations, implementing 70+ use cases in a year (35 rapid deployments during the pandemic) and integrating e‑signing with a WhatsApp chatbot. The result: dramatically faster processing (contracts returned in minutes to weeks instead of months), HR onboarding cut from ~8 hours to 2 hours, 270,000 sheets of paper saved, about 80,000 emergency grant applications handled in the first month, and more than 1.2 million people reached with over $220M in subsidies (with $289M distributed in emergency aid to benefit some 49,500 people).
