Clifford Chance, one of the world’s ten largest law firms, wanted to modernize its client experience and keep pace with a digital-first world, but was held back by fragmented legacy systems and slow, paper-heavy legal workflows. Working with Adobe, the firm set out to connect its website, CRM, and marketing tools while improving how it communicates and serves clients online.
Adobe helped Clifford Chance implement a full suite of Adobe technologies, including Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Campaign, and Adobe Document Cloud, plus Adobe Sign for e-signatures. The result was a more personalized client portal, a 61% jump in portal usage, contracts reduced from weeks or months to about 15 minutes, 83% of agreements signed correctly the first time, and roughly 2,000 contracts signed per month.
