A Adobe Case Study
The Canadian Foundation for Healthcare Improvement (CFHI) helps spread proven health-care innovations across Canada by supporting collaboratives of providers, patients and policymakers. Faced with the need to deliver all webinars bilingually, promote peer-to-peer learning across jurisdictions, and cut rising webinar and travel costs while growing participation, CFHI needed a platform that let English- and French-speaking audiences share a single, integrated experience.
Using Adobe Connect, CFHI runs breakout rooms per language while keeping shared chat, polls, whiteboards and recordings, plus webcams and apps to boost engagement. The result: seamless bilingual events, interactive learner engagement, substantial cost savings (about $1,000 saved per participant and a full year’s license for roughly the cost of a single webcast), and expanded virtual participation across dozens of public and collaborative webinars.
