Center Parcs UK, the country’s leading short‑break provider, needed to modernise a 15‑year‑old website and deliver personalised digital journeys while also responding quickly to rapidly changing COVID‑19 guidance. The company wanted a guest portal that remembered customers, faster release cycles, and the ability to keep guests informed and flexible about bookings and cancellations.

Working with Adobe Consulting Services and the Adobe Experience Cloud (Experience Manager, Campaign, Target, Analytics), Center Parcs rebuilt a responsive, personalised site, adopted agile ways of working, and brought coding and campaign creation in‑house. The transformation cut release cycles from months to two weeks, reduced email/SMS turnaround from two weeks to under an hour, and enabled guests to book, modify, and manage trips more easily—with visible “book with confidence” guarantees and shared itineraries to support safe, flexible stays.
