A Adobe Case Study
CDW, a Fortune 500 technology solutions provider serving businesses, government, education and healthcare, managed roughly 4 TB of creative assets across disparate file-server folders. That fragmentation left designers hunting for files, recreating work, struggling to enforce partner-branding rules, and wasting time on manual sharing and version control—undermining productivity and creative output.
Working with NextRow Digital, CDW consolidated assets into Adobe Experience Manager Assets (managed on Azure), established a metadata taxonomy and tagging practices, and integrated workflows. The change centralized more than 4 TB of content, saved about 20 hours of work per week, improved governance and partner-brand control, streamlined agency collaboration, increased asset reuse and reduced creative costs, and positioned the company to scale personalization.
