A Adobe Case Study
Camelot 3PL Software, a Charlotte-based provider of Excalibur warehouse management solutions, needed to ensure everyone who touches its systems—from warehouse workers to executives—could use the software correctly. Their mix of online and in‑person training relied on videos, quizzes, and spreadsheets, which made it hard to track individual progress, prevented timely follow-ups, and obscured whether learners were truly absorbing the material.
By adopting Adobe Captivate Prime (with content created in Adobe Captivate), Camelot centralized interactive, gamified training with a single dashboard, leaderboards, role‑based learning paths, and formal certifications. The LMS delivered nearly a dozen skill-based paths, improved visibility into individual achievement, motivated users to complete training, reduced dependence on development for custom tools, and helped keep customer implementations on schedule.
