CVS Health, which includes CVS and Aetna, was working to align scattered design teams and improve collaboration as it accelerated its digital transformation in healthcare. In partnership with Adobe, the company used a Creative Jam focused on Adobe XD to bring together 67 team members from across the organization and help newly merged creative groups work more effectively.

Adobe’s solution helped CVS Health break down silos, build stronger cross-functional relationships, and create a more connected workflow that later became the in-house agency Heart Haus. The team now uses Adobe XD and Adobe Workfront to collaborate in real time, streamline task management, and prototype faster, with CVS Health reporting more consistent experiences, greater efficiency, and stronger business results.
