Brand Safety Institute (BSI), founded in 2018, trains Brand Safety Officers to help companies protect their reputations amid the risks of programmatic advertising. With a small team, BSI faced the challenge of delivering flexible, professional-grade virtual learning for busy practitioners, connecting training to other systems, and making courses available on any device.
BSI launched a ten-module program using Adobe Captivate Prime and Adobe Captivate, enabling mobile and offline learning, gamification, and API integrations (with plans to embed content via the Fluidic Player). Within months it enrolled professionals from firms like Adobe, Facebook, OpenX, and Oracle; the program has expanded brand-safety awareness, set a foundation for global growth, supported anytime/anywhere training, and increased learner engagement through rewards and community features.
