Adobe helped AIDA Cruises reimagine its content, personalize outreach, and listen more closely to customer feedback across channels. The cruise line launched new stories, social campaigns like #aidamoments, and tailored follow-up communications, generating more than 74,000 fan posts and strengthening engagement while improving its ability to respond to customer needs and preserve brand loyalty during the pandemic.
