Senshukai, the company behind the Belle Maison retail brand that serves millions of women with fashion, home goods and more, relied increasingly on its online channel (about 60% of sales) but struggled to use its rich data. Analytics were siloed with IT, attribution for featured articles was unclear, and staff lacked easy access to timely insights for targeting and design decisions.

By deploying Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target within Adobe Marketing Cloud—and working with Adobe consultants—Senshukai gave ~300 employees intuitive dashboards, ran AB tests to optimize page design, and implemented targeted banners and recommendations (for example, for expectant or new mothers). The changes improved conversion and sales through better design and placements, enabled accurate attribution of featured-article impact, and fostered a company-wide, data-driven approach to campaigns and testing.
