$avvy is an award-winning documentary from Finish Line Features about women’s financial literacy, but midway through production COVID-19 restrictions halted filming and threatened the schedule and budget. The team needed a way to keep editing remotely and find realistic supplemental footage while working under tight constraints.

Adobe helped the $avvy team use Adobe Team Projects for remote collaboration between editors in Hawaii and California, while Adobe Stock provided authentic-looking footage to fill gaps caused by social distancing. With Adobe, the film was completed on time and within budget, and it went on to win three IMPACT DOCS Awards of Excellence.
