Working with Adobe, Walmart leaned on digital technologies and experience-focused tools to modernize how it serves 220 million customers per week across 24 markets.
Adobe helped Walmart enable virtual work for campus associates, reimagine hiring, and equip front-line workers with digital devices and touchless workflows. The results included cutting time to hire from 14 days to 24 hours, onboarding more than 500,000 new associates, and expanding its digital shopper workforce to over 157,000, while also providing more than 740,000 devices to store employees.
