Amway in Europe, a long-established supplier of nutrition, home, and beauty products that supports independent distributors, faced a slow, paper-based registration process that often produced incomplete or lost contracts, took weeks to complete, and drove up administrative work and distributor drop-out rates.
To fix this, Amway deployed Adobe Sign as a digital, self-service e-signature workflow (piloted in the UK, Ireland, and Poland) that integrates with existing systems and meets audit requirements. The new process enabled instant contract completion, nearly 90,000 signed contracts in the first year, more than 90% adoption, about a 50% reduction in data-entry/administration, lower attrition during registration, and increased revenue.
