Adobe Target helps Laureate International Universities attract students with personalized messaging, enhanced digital experiences

Laureate International Universities, a global network of more than 70 campus-based and online institutions serving 780,000+ students, needed to increase inquiry form conversions and generate higher-quality leads across program sites like NewSchool of Architecture and Santa Fe University of Art and Design. Their challenge was optimizing landing pages and forms to deliver more relevant, less distracting experiences that would drive requests for information from prospective students.

Using Adobe Marketing Cloud (Adobe Target and Analytics) and Adobe Consulting, Laureate ran A/B and multivariate tests to serve keyword-optimized pages, simplify forms, adjust content placement, and remove distracting elements like videos. Results included conversion nearly doubling on a keyword-optimized architecture page (from 9.94% to 18.66%), hundreds-of-percent increases in lead volume (up to a 358% lift), and additional gains from design tweaks (e.g., an 83% lift from a form color change), enabling faster, data-driven improvements to recruiting campaigns.
