Adobe Commerce keeps Killer Ink ahead of a changing market

Killer Ink, a Liverpool-based supplier of tattoo equipment founded in 2008 with about 100 employees, needed to modernize a decade-old Magento 1 setup that ran 14 country sites, 7,000 products, 15 markets and multiple languages/currencies. The challenge was to migrate to a scalable Adobe Commerce platform that supported multi-stock warehousing in the UK and Germany, improved international B2B operations and payment options, and lifted commerce capability — all while preserving the familiar UI, customer data and SEO value built over years.

Working with partner IGOO, Killer Ink migrated product, order and customer data into a single Adobe Commerce instance, retained multilingual and blog integrations, implemented multi-stock inventory, enhanced checkout and courier integrations, and optimized SEO and analytics. The upgrade delivered faster pages and big commercial gains: 10% faster page loads, a 9% higher conversion rate, 33% higher average order value, 96% more mobile revenue and a 59% increase in overall revenue.
