Northstar New Jersey Lottery Group, a marketing and sales partner for the New Jersey Lottery formed by IGT and Scientific Games, faced fragmented, manual processes that constrained tight monthly deadlines for POS, advertising, web, and retail materials. Teams relied on emails and multiple apps (Excel, PDFs, Word), which caused lengthy approval cycles, lost or late feedback, frequent rework and reprints, and incomplete reporting that captured only a portion of total projects.

In December 2014 Northstar deployed the cloud-based Workfront Marketing Work Management solution, adding standardized request templates, digital proofing, Outlook integration, compliance checklists, and dashboard reporting.
