Under Armour, a global apparel brand built on high-impact creative assets, was struggling with disconnected systems and slow, manual processes. With more than 300,000 assets spread across disparate storage, the company could not reliably link asset metadata from Adobe Creative Cloud and Adobe Experience Manager to project and campaign work in Workfront, making asset search, retrieval, and performance measurement slow and error-prone.

By integrating Adobe Creative Cloud and Experience Manager with Workfront via a straightforward API, Under Armour linked AEM asset IDs to Workfront projects, auto-created unified Workfront IDs, and automated pushing and tagging of approved assets. The result: retrieval times fell from hours or days to minutes, search accuracy improved for internal teams and partners, automation and scalability increased across global operations, and the company gained better ability to optimize content and campaign effectiveness and support personalization.
