HiQ MobilEyes, a mobility and mobile-solutions consultancy with a 35-developer team in Moscow and leadership based in Stockholm, struggled to get timely visibility into work status across about 15 concurrent projects. An on-prem Microsoft Access solution accessed via slow VPN left Managing Director Stefan Haag reliant on phone calls, emails and monthly site visits, preventing efficient resource allocation and causing delays.
