A Adobe Workfront Case Study
GWA Bathrooms & Kitchens, a subsidiary of Australia’s GWA Group and maker of brands such as Caroma and Dorf, needed to speed time to market and stop costly supply‑chain issues that were being identified only after product launches. Teams were working in silos across SharePoint, Project and spreadsheets, with inconsistent business‑case and project workflows and manual factory issue tracking on whiteboards—resulting in diluted resources, slow approvals and limited cross‑functional visibility.
To fix this they deployed Workfront as a single, cloud‑based system for project prioritization, business‑case building and issue resolution, including mobile logging and reassignable tasks on the factory floor. The platform centralized reporting for 120+ users, cut reporting duplication, sped approvals and issue resolution, improved project discipline and prioritization, and shifted meetings from status updates to strategic planning—enabling faster, more visible product development and fewer downstream supply‑chain problems.
