Fremont-Rideout Health Group, a Northern California healthcare system with two hospitals and multiple clinics averaging about 60,000 ER visits a year, faced outdated IT systems, inefficient processes, and a lack of project transparency. Tony Toglia formed a new PMO to drive an enterprise-wide systems upgrade and needed a tool that would increase throughput, quality, and visibility without heavy IT overhead.

The PMO implemented Workfront Enterprise Work Cloud in under a month with on-site support, rolling it out to the PMO, IT teams, and executives to provide real-time dashboards, audit trails, and customized reports that boosted accountability. Workfront became the hub for the hospital’s largest multi‑million-dollar software replacement, increasing install capacity from 1–2 per year to more than 12, delivering complete project visibility and significantly improved performance.
