A Adobe Photoshop Case Study
XPJP Inc., a 10-person experience design company in Kamakura, Japan, specializes in regional branding and overseas tourism campaigns such as “Diamond Route Japan.” To coordinate a multinational team of creators and speed up production while keeping files secure, XPJP adopted Adobe Photoshop as part of Adobe Creative Cloud for teams (using Premiere Pro CC, Photoshop CC, Lightroom for mobile and Creative Cloud Libraries) to improve global file sharing and shorten content creation cycles.
Using Adobe Photoshop and the broader Adobe Creative Cloud for teams, XPJP implemented Creative Cloud Libraries, Premiere Pro Team Projects and mobile editing to share assets, manage versions and work on location. The solution cut file-sharing time by 50%, supported filming and editing ~10,000 shots in 70 days so the team completed five planned segments plus four additional videos, and helped the videos exceed expectations with 12.5 million views in two months.
