Shop Direct - Customer Case Study

Shop Direct, the UK’s second-largest pure-play retailer (brands include Very.co.uk and Littlewoods.com), needed to move from twice-yearly 1,400-page catalog production to a fast, mobile-first e-commerce model that demands rapid, collaborative creative output. To modernize its creative workflow and meet that challenge, Shop Direct adopted Adobe Creative Cloud for enterprise — including Adobe Photoshop — as its core creative platform.

Using Adobe Photoshop as part of the Adobe Creative Cloud for enterprise suite, Shop Direct rolled out desktop and mobile apps (Photoshop CC, Illustrator, InDesign, Adobe XD, Adobe Comp) plus Creative Cloud Libraries to enable prototyping, global asset sharing, and flexible remote working. The Adobe Photoshop–enabled solution supported a mobile-first redesign (more than 70% of transactions are on mobile), sped up asset distribution, reduced versioning errors, and gave creative teams the agility to deliver frequent campaigns and visualize the customer journey in real time.
