Rochester Institute of Technology, a leading school where creativity and technology converge, needed to equip students with workplace-ready creative skills, give faculty and students consistent access to industry-standard tools, and simplify IT licensing, auditing, and compliance. To address these needs RIT adopted Adobe Photoshop as part of Adobe Creative Cloud for enterprise and the Adobe Digital Publishing Suite.

Using an enterprise‑term license for Adobe Creative Cloud (including Adobe Photoshop) and Adobe DPS, RIT provided campus-wide access to apps like Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and After Effects for collaborative projects, digital magazines and app publishing. Adobe Photoshop’s solutions streamlined license management and optional updates for IT, improved software consistency and compliance, and helped students become more tech‑savvy and career‑ready—one student went on to work as a Digital Production Associate at GQ.
