Hyatt - Customer Case Study

Hyatt, a global hospitality leader with more than 600 properties, needed to deliver consistent, high‑quality content across websites, channels, and devices while managing tens of thousands of approved assets and distributed authorship. Working with Adobe Photoshop as the vendor, Hyatt adopted Adobe Marketing Cloud solutions—notably Adobe Experience Manager (Assets and Sites), Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target—along with Adobe Creative Cloud tools (Photoshop CC, Bridge CC) to centralize asset control and streamline content workflows.

Adobe Photoshop’s implementation centralized roughly 70,000 approved images and related documentation in Experience Manager, added detailed metadata for fast search, automated nightly feeds to distribution partners, and enabled template-based, drag‑and‑drop page publishing. The result: content updates that once took weeks now take minutes, thousands of authors can efficiently create accurate pages, search and asset reuse improved, and A/B testing via Adobe Target (for example, switching to yellow CTAs) increased site traffic, entries into the booking funnel and overall revenue.
