A Adobe Photoshop Case Study
HFF, one of the largest U.S. commercial real estate intermediaries with 23 offices and more than 850 employees, faced the challenge of producing consistent, high‑quality marketing materials across web, print and mobile while coordinating nearly 200 designers and centrally managing software licenses. To solve this, HFF adopted Adobe Photoshop as part of Adobe Creative Cloud for enterprise along with Adobe Stock, Adobe Document Cloud and Adobe Marketing Cloud to improve collaboration, brand consistency, and license control.
By deploying Adobe Photoshop together with Creative Cloud Libraries, Adobe Stock for enterprise, Acrobat DC, Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Analytics, HFF created shareable asset libraries, streamlined stock‑photo licensing and centralized license management for about 200 designers across 23 offices. The solution reduced design costs and effort (cutting unnecessary stock purchases and avoiding outside video agencies), enabled asset reuse across web and mobile, accelerated collaboration and publishing, and supported HFF’s work on more than $76 billion in annual transaction volume.
