Diagnosing and Monitoring health conditions globally

Alere, a global healthcare diagnostics company operating in more than 100 countries, needed to overhaul corporate websites and communications as part of a rebrand: centralize approved assets, streamline creative collaboration across time zones, and deliver interactive mobile sales tools for 29 countries and 15 languages. To address these challenges Alere engaged vendor Adobe Photoshop and other Adobe solutions — notably Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Creative Cloud for teams (including Adobe Photoshop), and Adobe Digital Publishing Solution — for enterprise content management, asset libraries, and creative workflows.

Using Adobe Experience Manager, Creative Cloud for teams and Adobe DPS (with Adobe Photoshop among the Creative Cloud apps), Alere centralized and tagged assets into a searchable self-service library of 4,000 curated images, cutting image requests by about 80% (from ~70/week) and reducing asset duplication by 53% across 2,000 web pages. The modular, responsive templates and interactive DPS publications improved global brand consistency, mobile reach (20–45% of traffic), and sales engagement, delivering measurable time savings and better content analytics supported by vendor Adobe Photoshop’s Creative Cloud ecosystem.
