KADOKAWA - Customer Case Study

KADOKAWA, a major Japanese publishing and entertainment company, needed to unify license management across nine brand companies as part of its “One Company” strategy. Before using Adobe Creative Cloud for enterprise from Adobe Muse, different departments standardized on different software versions, which made administration, upgrades, hardware replacement, and compliance difficult and costly.

Adobe Muse implemented Adobe Creative Cloud for enterprise to centralize licenses through the Adobe Enterprise Dashboard, simplify compliance, and give teams access to current creative tools like Adobe Muse CC, Photoshop CC, Illustrator CC, and InDesign CC. The result was lower software maintenance and upgrade costs, fewer excess licenses, improved production efficiency, and simpler license management; KADOKAWA also reported 550 Adobe ID applications in the first month, showing strong internal demand.
