Sears Canada, a leading Canadian retailer with more than 196 stores and an ecommerce business, wanted to drive incremental revenue scale and improve marketing efficiency while engaging both new and returning customers. To do this, Sears Canada worked with Adobe Media Optimizer and Adobe Analytics as part of Adobe Marketing Cloud to make better use of web and engagement data for its Facebook and other programmatic campaigns.
Adobe Media Optimizer helped Sears Canada apply portfolio optimization and native analytics integration to dynamically redistribute budgets and optimize toward ROAS goals. The results were strong: 67% higher revenue despite 12% lower ad spend, 84% lift in ROAS, 17% more product views, 21% more time on site, and major gains in engagement, including 1,141% more organic reach from video sharing.
