Sears Canada worked with Adobe Media Optimizer to improve the performance of its display advertising after seeing weaker results with its previous agency. The retailer wanted to drive more revenue and new customers from the same budget while increasing ROAS across display, search, and social channels.
Adobe Media Optimizer launched Display in August 2014 and used better targeting tactics such as retargeting, prospecting, and Facebook Ad Exchange, while combining channels for stronger attribution and optimization. The result was a significant lift in performance, including $26 in generated revenue for every $1 invested in Display, a 7% incremental ROAS lift overall, 17% lift on mattresses, and 31% lift on hard lines.
