Yemeksepeti, a leading Turkish food-delivery service handling roughly 250,000 daily orders and more than eight million registered users, needed to shorten the path to order, increase basket sizes, and deliver consistent, mobile-first experiences across screens. To gain the customer insights required to spot cross-sell and upsell opportunities, Yemeksepeti partnered with Adobe, using Adobe Analytics within the Adobe Experience Cloud.

Using Adobe Analytics, Yemeksepeti reworked search (optimizing 300 common terms), simplified the landing/search experience, adjusted wallet visibility, and redesigned checkout upsells based on click-behavior data. Adobe’s solution helped boost conversion by up to 15% overall, increased conversion by 36% for optimized search terms, cut bounce rates (iOS down 7%, Android down 22%), raised add-on rates by 6%, and enabled rapid fixes (resolving a 4% first-time order drop) while supporting continued 50% year-over-year growth.
