UBS, a global financial institution, needed to modernize and streamline its massive web presence across more than 50,000 public-site pages and 100,000 intranet pages. The company wanted faster updates, easier content authoring, better personalization, stronger security, and a more holistic view of users, and chose Adobe Marketing Cloud, including Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, and Adobe Campaign, to support those goals.

Using Adobe Marketing Cloud with implementation support from Netcentric, UBS migrated its sites, reused templates and components across web and intranet properties, and enabled personalized, mobile-responsive experiences for customers and employees. The results included content management at least three times faster, page updates up to 4% faster, improved targeting and analytics, and more secure, role-based intranet access, helping UBS improve conversions, productivity, and marketing effectiveness.
