Tourism Australia, the national tourism authority, needed to bring its successful social user-generated content (UGC) strategy onto Australia.com, boost site traffic and engagement, and improve content management — all while operating with a small team. To address this, Tourism Australia partnered with Adobe, deploying Adobe Marketing Cloud including Livefyre (part of Adobe Experience Manager).
Adobe implemented Livefyre to automate sourcing, moderating, storing and publishing UGC as a live feed on Australia.com, enabling the small team to scale and run large campaigns. The Adobe solution published over 1,500 pieces of content daily and delivered measurable results: a 66% increase in time on site, a 30% engagement lift and a 77% increase in leads, while streamlining content and rights management.
