A Adobe Marketing Cloud Case Study
Thomas Jefferson University and Jefferson Health faced fragmented content across multiple CMSs, inconsistent messaging, and slow delivery of timely information to patients, students, and the community. To modernize its digital presence and gain a unified view of visitors, the organization selected Adobe, deploying Adobe Marketing Cloud including Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, and Adobe Social.
Adobe consolidated four CMSs into one platform, migrated about 16,000 pages in roughly six months (one-third the expected time), and enabled roughly 300 content creators to produce and update content quickly. The Adobe solution delivered faster, targeted experiences, provided a holistic view of visitor behavior, and is expected to save Jefferson more than $2 million over five years while supporting about 2.75 million annual visitors.
