Sunrise, Switzerland’s second-largest telecommunications company, needed to digitally transform its multi-brand, four-language online presence, simplify complex back‑office workflows, and deliver consistent, personalized omni‑channel experiences. To meet these challenges Sunrise partnered with Adobe, deploying Adobe Marketing Cloud (including Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, and Adobe Campaign) tightly integrated with the SAP Hybris e‑commerce platform.

Adobe implemented a unified content, analytics, campaign, and e‑commerce platform and helped rework customer workflows; the new solution cut page-creation time by 66%, doubled mobile traffic (from 22.6% to 44.5%), reduced load times from 4.2s to 1.5s, shortened the smartphone purchase flow from 10 to 3 steps, cut page deployment from 90 minutes to under 30 seconds, and raised the online-store NPS from 31 to 45 — outcomes that delivered faster launches, higher conversions, and measurably improved customer satisfaction.
