Nedbank, a major South African bank, wanted to become a more admired digital leader while breaking down internal silos and improving consistency across mobile, web, and forms. The bank struggled with fragmented teams, inconsistent experiences, and overly complex forms, and turned to Adobe Marketing Cloud, including Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Analytics, to centralize its digital customer experience.

Adobe Marketing Cloud helped Nedbank use data to better understand customer behavior, simplify forms, and unify content and branding across channels. The bank reduced form templates from 224 to 38, cut seven-step processes down to four steps, and improved form completion rates from 33% to 80%—a 142% increase.
