To address this, shop-apotheke.com partnered with Adobe, deploying Adobe Media Optimizer (part of Adobe Marketing Cloud) alongside feed-management support from Productsup.

Adobe implemented real-time automated bidding with Adobe Media Optimizer combined with Productsup’s feed processing, enabling account managers to update feeds without IT and using product-level IDs for individual bids. The result: Google Shopping clicks rose 30%, cost per order fell about 27% (nearly one-third), orders grew by high double digits, and time-to-market and operational costs were significantly reduced — all achieved with Adobe’s solution.
