REA Group, a multinational digital property specialist, needed to modernize its paper-based contract and onboarding processes to scale internationally and diversify into new services. To deliver faster, more seamless customer experiences and reduce administrative work, REA Group turned to Adobe—deploying Adobe Sign (part of Adobe Document Cloud) alongside Adobe Experience Cloud tools.
Adobe implemented Adobe Sign integrated with Salesforce CRM, Workday and REA’s proprietary systems to automate contract creation and e-signatures. The Adobe solution cut turnaround time (customers now typically sign in about 90 minutes), achieved roughly 80% adoption of the e-sign workflow, streamlined HR and procurement processes, and—together with Adobe Analytics—helped REA analyze some 50–53 million monthly visitors to inform product and mobile investments.
