Tumi, a maker of premium luggage and bags, needed to speed time-to-market and improve the online shopping experience for roughly 3,000 SKUs (and ~1,500 new products a year). Outsourcing digital-asset management made it hard to post timely, mobile-ready images and videos and to centralize product content, so Tumi engaged Adobe (using Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Analytics within Adobe Marketing Cloud) to solve those challenges.
Adobe implemented Experience Manager’s dynamic media and centralized asset management plus Adobe Analytics, enabling Tumi to use a single image/video per view across devices, support real-time personalization, and bring asset creation in-house. As a result, Adobe helped Tumi cut content prep and posting by about 40% (shaving up to four weeks off launches), increase session time by up to 40%, reduce photography workload, and speed product launches and time-to-shelf.
