MEDHOST, a healthcare technology provider, needed to build YourCareEverywhere — a mobile-first, personalized health and wellness content site for patients and general consumers that could manage high content volumes, segmentation, and fast time-to-market. MEDHOST worked with VML and selected Adobe Experience Manager within Adobe Marketing Cloud to provide a scalable, service-oriented content platform that supports personalization, authentication, and third-party integrations.

VML implemented the solution using Adobe Experience Manager (Adobe), and MEDHOST launched the feature-rich site in just three months, consolidating and curating more than 40,000 articles and tools. Adobe’s platform delivered mobile-enabled, responsive experiences for authenticated and unauthenticated users, simplified content authoring, and scaled to serve millions of users and roughly 1,000 hospital customers—improving engagement, speed to market, and personalization capabilities.
