A Adobe Marketing Cloud Case Study
HUK-COBURG, Germany’s largest insurer for private households with more than 11 million customers (and online subsidiary HUK24 serving over 1.5 million), faced a proliferation of microsites, blog systems and disparate channel interfaces while needing to improve cross‑device content delivery and streamline digital application processing. To consolidate digital marketing and speed time to market, HUK-COBURG chose Adobe, implementing Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Analytics within the Adobe Marketing Cloud (Sites, Assets, Forms).
Adobe delivered a unified platform that gives ~100 content authors a single UI, moved the corporate blog from WordPress to Adobe Experience Manager, and built responsive sites for www.huk.de and www.huk24.de. Adaptive HTML forms (convertible to PDF) and Adobe Analytics integration reduced errors and made form drop‑offs and help usage trackable, while Experience Manager workflows sped publishing and safeguarded quality—cutting platform management costs, reducing development effort through reusable components, and enabling HUK-COBURG to publish campaigns faster with measurable operational improvements.
