Investitionsbank Berlin fosters regional growth and accelerates application processing with new customer portal and Adobe Experience Manager Forms

Investitionsbank Berlin, the regional development bank for the state of Berlin, needed to digitize its customer-facing application processes and eliminate manual, error-prone steps that caused long processing times and browser incompatibilities. To create a paperless, mobile-friendly customer portal and standardize forms across business and real estate lending, the bank turned to Adobe and specifically Adobe Experience Manager Forms within the Adobe Experience Cloud.

Adobe implemented dynamic, responsive web forms integrated with IBB’s middleware, SAP, CRM, Schufa and KfW interfaces, and helped build a centralized information glossary and form-management workflow. As a result, Investitionsbank Berlin halved processing times, reduced form-creation time from half a day to about five minutes, standardized templates to cut entry errors, and centralized online applications through the customer portal — all delivered using Adobe’s Experience Manager Forms.
