HFF builds client confidence and drives business with high-quality marketing materials for commercial real estate properties

HFF, one of the largest U.S. commercial real estate intermediaries with 23 offices and more than 850 employees, needed to present properties with consistent, high-quality marketing materials while enabling collaboration across offices, managing software licenses, and maintaining consistency across web and mobile channels. To meet these challenges, HFF worked with Adobe, deploying Adobe Creative Cloud for enterprise, Adobe Stock for enterprise, Adobe Document Cloud, and Adobe Marketing Cloud (including Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Analytics).

Adobe implemented shared Creative Cloud Libraries, Adobe Stock licensing and comp workflows, Acrobat DC, and Adobe Experience Manager Assets with Analytics, while IT centrally managed licenses for roughly 200 designers. The result: faster, more consistent collateral and cross-channel reuse of assets, reduced stock-photo costs and effort, streamlined license management, and support for HFF’s $76 billion in annual transaction volume—demonstrating measurable savings and improved collaboration driven by Adobe.
