Heifer International, a global non-profit focused on sustainable community development, needed to raise awareness of social and economic issues, increase visibility for its programs, and optimize social and cross‑channel marketing to boost reach, traffic, engagement, and giving. To achieve this, Heifer partnered with Adobe and adopted Adobe Marketing Cloud solutions—including Adobe Social, Adobe Analytics, and Adobe Target—to better deliver, measure, and plan social content across channels.

Adobe implemented an integrated solution using Adobe Social’s listening, moderation, publishing, and calendaring combined with Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target for tagging, attribution, and optimization. As a result, Heifer now responds to over 90% of social comments within two hours (most within ~20 minutes), has improved reach and engagement, can trace social traffic to site behaviors, and more effectively drives giving—enabling faster disaster and holiday campaigns and making gifting outcomes more predictable with Adobe.
