Alere, a global healthcare diagnostics company, faced a company-wide rebrand and needed to overhaul and centralize its websites and digital assets to deliver consistent, localized content across 29 countries and 15 languages, improve collaboration across time zones, and create engaging mobile sales tools. Adobe implemented Experience Manager for modular, responsive sites and a centralized asset library, rolled out Creative Cloud for teams to standardize design workflows, and used DPS to create interactive mobile sales publications. The results included a 53% reduction in duplicate assets across 2,000 web pages, an ~80% drop in image requests, faster cross‑team collaboration, improved mobile engagement (20–45% of site traffic), and consistent global branding enabled by Adobe.
