Fairfax Media New Zealand, a leading media group and owner of Stuff.co.nz, faced fragmented customer data across multiple brands and four separate marketing automation systems, plus a small marketing team needing to improve editorial decisions, audience growth, and ad monetization. To address this, Fairfax partnered with Adobe and implemented Adobe Marketing Cloud (including Adobe Campaign, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Audience Manager, and Adobe Experience Manager).

Adobe consolidated Fairfax’s marketing on Adobe Marketing Cloud, using Adobe Campaign as a central hub integrated with Analytics and Audience Manager to build unified customer profiles, personalize content and ads, and share insights across channels. The work helped Stuff.co.nz grow from the 10th to the 3rd-largest website in New Zealand, reduced duplicate mail/email and related costs, consolidated cross‑channel data for better targeting, and increased advertising revenue.
