Adobe implemented real-time analytics dashboards, testing and personalization with Adobe Target, and cross-channel orchestration via Adobe Campaign, helping Eurobet bring analytics and campaign ownership in-house. The work delivered measurable impact: churn fell by up to 3%, cross-sell/upsell campaign conversions improved by up to 20%, customer satisfaction increased, and Eurobet moved from sixth to second in sports-betting volume, gaining stronger market positions.
